Terms of use
Effective 1 March 2026. These terms apply to yugalsetu.com and related marketing pages, not to paid software licences.
Accuracy
We take care with descriptions of DQMS and Yuktav. Features, editions, and implementation paths are confirmed in writing during evaluation. Regulatory responsibility for your quality system remains yours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to probe or disrupt, no submission of unlawful content through forms.
Intellectual property
The Yugal Setu name, product names, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for a competing offering. You may quote short passages with attribution.
Inquiries
Information you send through demo or contact forms may be used to respond and to prepare a proposal. Do not send confidential product files unless we have a CDA in place.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country. Product contracts specify their own law and venue.
